The tradition dates to May 11, 1932, when Baylor held its first "All-University Day" — a campus-wide gathering in the weeks before finals. Today, Diadeloso is produced by Baylor's student Chamber of Commerce organization with a $90,000 budget and planning that begins in September of the prior academic year.
