Distillery Tours

Tours run Thursday through Saturday. You'll need to book in advance (call 254-755-6003). The experience runs 60–75 minutes and includes a guided walk through the distillery followed by a tasting. Cost is $21 per person. You must be 21+ to participate in the tasting portion, and 19+ to book.

Tasting Room

If you don't want to do the full tour, the tasting room is open Tuesday through Saturday, 12 PM to 9 PM. The bottle shop allows purchases without a reservation. Purchases are limited to two 750ml bottles per person every 30 days — a courtesy that keeps the good stuff from disappearing entirely.
